Happy Tuesday, LifeTechians!

Tomorrow is Count Day in Michigan and we want all of you to be counted! This process is how we let those in charge of the finances know where each Learner is for this year. So, in short, this is how LifeTech Academy receives money to help you and your family. To make sure that each Learner is counted, we need them to:

1.) Complete activities in each and every one of their classes on Wednesday, October 7, 2020. This should be happening Every Day of Every Week, but it is very important on this day.

2.) Communicate with your Learning Coach every week! This is also something that should be happening Every Week. And guess what, LifeTech Family, there are incentives! Be the first to finish an activity in all of your courses and win a gift card! (You may start as early as 12:01 am on October 7.)

Not the first one, that’s okay! Every Learner who completes an activity in all Courses on October 7 will be entered to win one of 30 prizes in a randomized, double-draw raffle.

Still not enough? Great! Every Learner who meets with their Coach every week between October 7 and November 11 will be entered for yet another raffle!

So many ways to have fun and win, and just for doing what you are supposed to be doing anyway…how could this get any better?!

Some Tips:

Kindergarten – Fifth Grade Families: If you are using the Explorer Packs for Social Studies and Science, you will need to access the Google Classroom for your class(es) and complete the activity that is set-up there for you. If you have questions, we are all here to help.

Missing Coach: If you have been eagerly awaiting your Learning Coach, then wait no longer! You and your Learner will work with MacKenzie Miller.

Business as Normal: There truly is nothing special to be done on Count Day. Please work in your courses as you are always supposed to do. If you do this, everything will just feel like a normal day.

Work Early, Work Often: The best plan is to take your earliest opportunity and complete your day’s worth of work. If you delay or stall, then you may receive some reminders from the Faculty at LifeTech Academy. This also helps avoid last minute technology issues.

Ask Questions: If you are not certain that you have completed everything for the day, please reach out to any LifeTech Academy Faculty member, but most especially your Coach, the Main Office (Stephanie, MacKenzie, Jean, or Tom), and your Academic Coaches.
